    Description

    This a weld-on gas or oil cap for aluminum fuel tanks. Perfect for custom made motorcycle and  bicycle tanks or oil tanks. Not drilled for vent line but can be easily drilled and tapped to fit our 10-32 thread nipple so you can attach a vent line. Made in USA with very weldable 6061  aluminum.
    Weld on neck is stepped to fit into a 1¼" Ø hole
    Inlet hole is 0.96" Ø to just fit an unleaded gas nozzle.
    Thread diameter on cap is 1 inch.
