OEM QUALITY Item is open box/package.  Does not have original packaging. This item, when packaged originally after manufacturing, was wrapped in a thin plastic protective covering. Unfortunately when these caps sat on the shelf the plastic covering stuck to the black plastic eyes of some of them and it left some minor residue when it was removed. The cap may also have very minor little scratches or imperfections on the black surface because the thin layer of plastic was not an adequate protective covering. Overall the caps look good but they do have minor issues. Due to multiple quantities of items available, the item you receive may be slightly different than the item pictured but will be the same overall condition.  Please feel free to message me with any questions.
